read full review »I was a buyer from Michigan Bulb, Spring Hill Nursery and Brecks. These are all one in the same. Owned and operated by the same group.
This year was a the worst year for the plants coming from them. Nothing was growing this year, so I contacted them and asked for reshipment. Most of mine where part of a collections, so they could not send the separate flowers that failed to grow, so they asked if I wanted a refund. I said if that is all you can do, of course.
Well they sent me a nasty letter saying I was no longer able to purchase anything from them and any current or reship orders are cancelled....
read full review »I found Michigan Bulb Co. by accident. I was in the process of ordering from another site for my summer/fall flowers and decided to read reveiws for that site. I found tons of bad reviews for that site and read great reviews for this company. I went to the Michigan Bulb Co site and was instantly enthralled. It was informative and easy to use. I was able to order the buy one get one free plants as well as receive $20 off my order. That was a bargain to me. I received my confirmation email and confirmed the ship date via my order. read full review »I have ordered from this company for 6 years. Not many of the plants arrive heathy, but I was reassured by the "lifetime guarantee". They just sent me a letter stating that the will not allow me to order anymore with them and will no honor any outstanding replacement certificates already issued. Beware, if too many of your plants die, then they will not honor their guarantee. Bad business.
