MicaBella Shimmer Powder Reviews

 Mineral-based makeup seems to be the latest trend in the cosmetics industry.   I personally like this trend, because I tend to equate mineral cosmetics with products that are fresh, light, and natural.  The irony of the MicaBella line of shimmer cosmetics is that although they are natural in composition, the whole shimmer/glimmer effect of the powders is not consistent with a natural look.  That is not to say that they're garish or unwearable; in fact, I wear mine all the time.  It's just that they're better suited for a dramatic - rather than casual - look. I love it. A friend of mine had it and I finally tried it. I was wearing it for 10 hours and it looked like I just did my make-up. A little goes a long way. Yeah it was 10 dollars for a jar, but my friend wears only one color and has for months and it still looks as full as mine. So, if it last longer, and I look better the 5 dollars more a jar vs walmart is ok with me. I'm a fan of Micabella. I had a severe allergic reaction to the product.  The extremed in great detail to the salesgirl my highly sensitive skin and there are few products I can use.  She assured me the product is specially made for people with my skin type and not to worry. — I returned with my allergic reaction eyes and face but she would not refund my money.  I told her she mislead me but she would not budge.  I should have been more skeptical buying such an expensive product that no one has ever heard of.   "Poor" is too good of a rating for the… read full review »
