Meyer Mrs s Clean Day Bar Soap, Lavender, Bar 8 oz Review

Mrs. Meyer's Clean Day Bar Soap with Lavender scent is a wonderful natural soap.  I use it at my kitchen sink to wash my hands with after doing a yukky job. Lavender is a aromatic relaxer, so it is a good fragrance to use to clean-up after chores!

I do think the price is a little high, 4.99 at some retailers, but the size of the Clean Day bar soap is larger than normal bar soap sizes. I keep it in a soap dish that drains well, so that the bar stays dry inbetween uses. Because the high glycerin level, it tends to melt in moisture faster than a regular synthetic-filled "detergent" soap bar.

I like Mrs. Meyer's Clean Day Company website--they give you the choice to search by "fragrance" or "cleaning task". The ingredients of Mrs. Meyer's products are mostly natural and their company labels are reader-friendly. 

The Clean Day lavender bar soap is a castile soap (i.e. made mostly with Olive Oil). They are triple-pressed which makes the lather nice and creamy. The soap can be used anywhere on your body; it is 100% pure vegetable base and not tested on animals.
