They lure you in with a cheap rate. Then your bill creeps upwards. Why? Who knows? You can't see your bill, without paying extra. I paid the extra. They never delivered on my e-bill. So I've still never seen it. Oh, it was supposed to cost $1 to see the bill. They charged $3, then had the nerve to act surprised when I asked why. Then they hung up. There is absolutely no customer service. They only have "activation" representatives. If you can get through to their phone number, which is always "busy." Don't hold your breath, it usually takes me 20 or 30 tries to get through. Then they'll frequently hang up on you, and I'm always polite and soft spoken. The hang-up trigger is if you ask about charges or anything to do with over billing. Boom, hang up. 30 more tries on the phone number.
Metro got tired of the billing complaints, so they handed over billing to BillMatrix, who can do nothing about your account. They will not give refunds. Odd, the "activation" representatives send you there on bill disputes. Don't bother. BillMatrix can't tell you anything, and again, will not do refunds. Dead end, very slick Metro.
Google on MetroPCS complaints. OMG.
