The service is great. I pay a higher bill to them monthly than any other of their customers in the "West-O-Plex". The morning their ad hit about Blackberry Service I drove with lights & siren to the Metro store. (hear tires screeching) I was informed there that only new customers could have this service and I would have to go to BestBuy to get them!
My jr lawyer woke up and discussed false advertising. In the end, I had to drive to Plano (132 mile Roundtrip) to another Metro company store. The manager at my store had called and told them to sell me the phone.
Who you do business with has a great deal to do with the Metro experience. I had tried at an "authorized" Metro store on my corner. Boo Hiss Jeers and attempted ID theft later!
I returned the phone later that day and collected everypiece of paper I filled out with personal information with the assistance of the local gendarmes.
I then learned about "Company Stores". I now conduct all business there, not quite around the corner, but the the qualilty is VERY HIGH.
BAD - Blackberry doesn't travel even in their system!
I love my Blackberry! When I move, I don't know what I will do, but I think I've found a comparable service in the area where I'm going.
