Method Bloq shave cream —

I love the Method line of home care products. I have been happy with the other soaps and cleaning products I have tried. So when I found this amazing looking new product on the shelf at Target, I was excited to try it.

First, a description: The package is a little green square. Really. Cute as can be, really different from anything out there.

But that's it for the good news. The bad news is that the product, which says it's shave cream, has the consistency of milk, and doesn't lather up at all.

So buy it for the cool packaging if you're a sucker for that kind of stuff like I am. But it doesn't really work well as a shaving cream.

I have to disagree with NancyShrew about Method Bloq Shave Lotion. I bought it knowing that it was a non-lathering shave lotion. I love it. I like that I use a lot less of it at a time, so it lasts longer. My husband ran out of shave foam and used this stuff to shave his 1/4 beard stubble off his whole face. He swears by it, says its the closest shave he has ever had, and has been using it ever since.
