Adults require between 25 - 30 grams of fiber per day in their diet. While that doesn't sound like much, most Americans eat diets with insufficient amounts of fiber.

review »In my experience, it is hard to find a high fiber food that is also tasty, aside from chili. But this little additive, that comes in a purse size, can be a great help in dieting, and other things. With Weight Watchers one of the deciding factors for the point value is the fiber content. With just a teaspoon of Fiber-Sure you get an extra 5 grams. Also a great addition to any "cheezey" entre`. ; )
I would definately recomend this product to anyone.
