I know I just wrote that this was the bomb. Should I have written this will cause the bomb instead? Is that in poor taste? Sorry! But it's true. We have tried Benafiber in powder and capsule form, Metamucil in powder form, and all the generic forms out there, but thankfully these capsules came out on the market and I was able to use double coupons, otherwise I might not have tried it. My husband won't settle for anything less now. This is the only fiber pill he will take and he insists it makes him feel better for obvious reasons, but in addition he eats less because he feels slightly fuller, and if the studies about fiber and cholosterol are true then I'm sure his arteries are thanking him as well.  I agree that these pills are much better than anything else on the market--my only complaint is that you have to drink a full glass of water with each pill and more than one pill is recommended.  This is true for every fiber pill, however, I just wish I only had to take one instead of two.
