So far I am very disappointed. I was unable to find a product I used for a short while that worked. This was recommended instead. So far, I have gained 3 of the 7 pounds I lost with the other product. I would not recommend this as a good alternative. I have not tried many products so can't compare to many but this is not one to use.

This has been on the market for years so one would think they have gotten the formula right for us caffeine sensitive and even the not so sensitive clients. But unfortunately this is a now cheap diet pill that makes you fill ill. I tried one pill a day, then only half of a tablet and it still made me fill as if I had 6 cups of Espresso cruising through my veins. I wish this would have worked but even after the first bottle I tried 15 years ago I still find the formula just has too much caffeine in it. I would not deem this safe for anyone with a heart condition. If I don't have heart issues and it gave me palpitations I can only imagine the poor person who is unaware of what this stuff does. BEWARE! Effectiveness I would recommened this to be effective to get your house cleaned in one day and for nothing else! Side Effects Super jittery feelings all of the time. Always had headaches when I took this too early in the morning. No dose seemed like the right dose to be effective yet with little to no side effects.

Although my experience with MetaboLife Ultra was not a pleasant one, I do believe if used correctly this diet pill could actually help someone loose weight. I chose MetaboLife because I was given a pamphlet on this pill and wanted to see if it would work for me. The first couple weeks of taking this product I had less of an appetite and I had a great boost of energy. I took the MetaboLife Ultra capsule and then I exercised 30 minutes with it. At the end of my first two weeks I had successfully lost 4 pounds. I continued to take this product until the end of the thirty days supply in the bottle. At the end of the thirty days I had lost a total of 12 pounds and I was glad. The one complaint I do have with this diet supplement is the fact that it does sometimes make me a little shaky. That side effect goes away after a short time, it isn't bothersome. I have not needed to continue use of this product because I met my goal weight when I was taking it, but I would certainly use it again if I needed to. I would also recommend it to others.

I started taking Metabolife a few years ago because a well known radio announcer in town said he was taking it and promoted it on the radio.  True,  I did lose some weight (10-15 pounds), but as with almost every other diet pill, later I believe the FDA found health risks with it.  Therefore, I do not trust pills that help you lose weight.

I have tried many diets and diet pills (and am down from 315 to 163 pounds but that's another story!). I had seen advertisements for emtabolife and being 220 pounds at the time I was hoping for anything that would help curb my appetite! I also worked graveyard shifts so while I understood that most diet pills have some sort of stimulant. I was confident in what I read that this was a good diet pill for me! I was following a low calorie diet plan and I made sure to drink plnety of water as to not be dehydrated. First off, the taste of the pill is gross, it elaves a nasty after taste. It was very hard to keep the pill down and I would immediately have to have something to help with the taste, I also suggest you make sure you do not have a sensitive stomache. Within roughly a hour of taking Metabolife I would have bouts of nausea, crackers are a must!. Now as far as controlling hunger, it was great! I however found myself extremely shakey, once to the point of having the firemen who came into my place of business noticing I wasn't feeling well and them waiting while someone came to take me to the ER! Bottom line, watch your sensitivities, and definitely be careful, the dizzy spells, the heart racing was just not worth the 2 pounds I lost!

Where is this product?? used it about 5years ago to get to my desired weight goal. it really DOES work!. it gave me energy while keeping my hunger at bay. yea i ate, just didnt need to eat as much to get full. went to walgreens the other day looking for it again, i had a baby and would like to get back to my desired weight ! for the price, i couldnt go wrong either, i actually felt fit while using this product. i recieved compliments before i even realized the weight was coming off. i gotta find it!

I was so impressed with the results I got by using this product. I'm not really big on exercise, unfortunately, but by taking Metabolife and walking about 1/2 mile twice a day, I lost 20 lbs in 2 months! It was just in time, too because I was in two weddings that year - and I looked FANTASTIC!

I used Metabolife when it was at its rawest form!! It was great then, it gave me energy and I lost all the weight I wanted. I drank lots of water and stayed away from caffeine and had no problems! With the old product I was good with 1 (no more than 2 pills a day). This new stuff does nothing!!! Don't waste your money or your time.

I recently tried metabolife dietary supplements in an effort to drop a few pounds.  The reason I chose this product is because in early 2000 I used a product from GNC called Metabolift, I lost 53 pounds over a period of 7 months. GNC's Metabolift is no longer produced.  So I thought the Metabolife would be just as well.  After the first 30 days-nothing. I had not lost one pound by taking this product. I had no adverse side effects from this supplement other than I did not lose any weight. I have tried many products like these, some with horrible side effects. This product, Metabolife, did have one positive side effect.  My hair and nails did seem to grow at a faster rate while taking this supplement.  That being said there are plenty of less expensive supplements that encourage hair and nail growth.  I should know I have tried those too.  The answer to the question that some of you might have is "yes" I was looking for a "miracle pill".

Metabolife is a great tool to help you lose weight.  It curbed my appetite and gave me a great amount of energy.  I never get the "jitters" I have gotten using other diet pills when I take Metabolife.  I am able to stay on track with my eating as well as conquer everything I need to accomplish in a days time such as doing laundry, mopping, and doing dishes... I've lost 50+ pounds in the last 6 months using Metabolife and exercising and watching what I've eaten.  Without Metabolife, there's no way I would have been so successful.
