Thought that getting a company discount would be a great way to save some money on the budget! I sure saved some money but it was not even close to the aggravation endured. "Actions speak louder than words" as the old saying goes.  I see TV commercials promising that when the "if's" in life happen, you will be taken care as a customer of theirs. — The bottom line, I was rear ended, injured, the accident not my fault, they are permanent and debilitating injuries.  I was denied treatment of the auto related injuries by this company, the documentation was there to prove they were accident related, but a doctor they paid chose to disagree, he was paid $500 by them, I got billed for $300, the balance, which was waived as it was not my responsibility,… read full review »

Unbelievable price and service

When comparing rates on auto insurance I was contacted by a MetLife agent.  I didn't even know that thay carried auto insurance.  My agent saved me over 1000.00 a year in auto insurance. — I am now in the process of purchasing homeowners insurance through MetLife.  This will save me an additional 250.00 dollars a year on my auto insurance.  —  The agent I have worked with is kind and considerate.  Always returns my calls and answers my questions in a way that I understand. —… read full review »

I was not represented by this company very well.

I owned a company with anither person and we started with met life to set up a retirement plan for ourselves. The company rep. got us started then just forgot about us. We got in some finacial difficulties and got behind a month on payments. We called there offices and told them about our issues and they said they would work with us. Met-life gave me a quote in less the 20 mins. They saved me money and gave me more coverage then what i was receiving. They were never pushy or made me feel like i had to buy things from then. MetLife offers the best services and friendliest personell.

I have been with MetLife for over 15 years and during that time have had to file 3 claims.  One for a vehicle accident, one for storm damage and one for accidental damage.  During those times they have been extremely friendly and helpful.  Never once did they raise my rates due to any of these… read full review »
