We really like this safe, nonstick, durable cookware!

Comments about Mercola Healthy Chef Cookware:

After reading and learning about the Mercola Healthy Chef Cookware for a few months, we finally decided it was worth the cost to try it out. After all, there is a 30-day trial period, so we didn't have anything to lose.

The Mercola Healthy Chef Cookware set includes a 6.5-inch skillet with handle, a 10-inch skillet/braiser with short handles plus a lid, a 1.5-qt. saucepan with short handles plus a lid, and a 3.5-qt. sauce pot with short handles plus a lid. In addition, you also receive a silicone trivet, two silicone pot holders that fit on the short handles, and a 6-piece set of kitchen tools (2 spatulas, spaghetti server, slotted and solid serving spoons and large ladle).

We've had this for about 3 months now, and feel very pleased with the even cooking, the easy cleanup, and the overall weight. Although not as lightweight as aluminum or stainless cookware, it's certainly much less cumbersome than cast iron. And you can't scratch it, even if cleaning with steel wool (but be careful to not slide it across your countertop or wooden table, as it could scratch them).

You can cook and store in the same dish! It can be used on the stove, in the oven or broiler, then stored in the refrigerator or freezer, reheated and placed on the table to serve from. I love not having to dirty extra dishes!

The only complaint I have with the Mercola Healthy Chef Cookware is the short handles. They put your hands too close to the heat source to comfortably hold it for any length of time during the cooking process. And the silicone pot holders don't fit perfectly, so you must be careful not to let it slip off and drop the pan if lifting with one hand. But it's a small price to pay for keeping me safe from aluminum, copper and other metals or manmade non-stick surfaces that result in physical and mental damage.
