We were concerned about cell phone radiation since our only phones are cells; no landline phone.  There are websites available that rate current cell phones based on the radiation they emit.  I believe if you live in California, it is a law that radiation has to be stated on each phone.  I know that when we were looking at renewing our Verizon contract, the radiation was listed on their website under each phones' details.  It's worth looking into! We have been readers/followers of Dr. Mercola's advice and columns for quite some time.  When he introduced his "Blue Tube Headset" our interest was perked.  We purchased 2 Blue Tube Headsets (one for each of our phones). They reduce the amount of direct radiation introduced to your body.  There is no other cell headset I know of that does that. The downfalls?  It's not very portable, the retraction reel on it got stuck on our first one but Mercola.com was quick to replace it.  They come with a 1-year warranty I believe.  We were looking for something our children could use since they like talking with their grandparents.  However, the little earpiece isn't made for a child's ear; it falls out.  It actually doesn't fit very well in my ear either so half the time I don't use it.  It's a great idea but just not perfected yet.  I still recommend it because there are no other options but just be aware it isn't ideal.  It might just be a better idea to get a landline for the sake of our/your children.
