We were very excited when this product hit the shelf because we have five indoor cats and we wanted to make sure they got good nutrition. For the first 6 months, all of our cats ate it and then, one by one, they stopped eating it. It could be the only food out and they wouldn't eat it. We didn't want them to starve but we tried leaving it down as the only food available and the cats would not give in and eat it. So, I'd say give it a try but watch out. Your cat may become super finicky too.
