I have been reading Men's Health for several years, buying the magazine before business trips. I finally subscribed and enjoy getting the magazine each and every month in the mail. It is jam packed with sound nutritional and exercise advice. Being a scientist, I am delighted to see that many short articles pertaining to diet are scientifically sound and based upon peer reviewed published scientific articles in journals I read regularly. The recipes are a delight and lead each and every month to a trip to the grocery store for ingredients!
