Men in Trees Review Summary
Starring Anne Heche and taking place in Alaska, Men in Trees scores big points with our reviewers who say that it is “One of the BEST shows on television.” What makes it such a high rated TV show? “The cast is so wonderfully put together” explains one avid tv watcher “if you like romantic comedies then this is the show for you.” One comedy fan says that the episodes are “funny” and that you get “a more convoluted plot with each episode.” Though this series may sound unique, at least one reviewer noticed that the “fish out of water” quality of putting a more urban dwelling character in a remote Alaska town is very reminiscent of Northern Exposure, all while maintaining it’s one unique qualities. I started watching the series when it 1st came on TV.....loved it and planned my schedule around next week! Somewhere about the middle of the season, the shows dissapeared and could not find. Some time later the shows were on a different night ( Thursday)...no notification so naturally I missed. Then the next season they again switched days to Wednesday nights. Please keep a responsible schedule! Love this show and actors....
I loved Men in Trees from the first episode and have seen them all, but where are they now? I really hope ABC brings it back.
This show is quirky, like Northern Exposure was, but it is geared more toward women, I think. I enjoy the love stories, the side plots. It's all so much fun to watch and I really miss it. Each character is cast really well....
ABC, BRING BACK OUR SHOW!!
It was the most original show in a long time. ABC never gave it a chance. I Tivoed the show so when i need to escape i can go to Elmo and laugh and relax. Anne Heche and James Tupper had sich wonderful chemistry (which was evidenced by their hooling up in real life).
Although filmed in Vancouver, it made me yearn to take a trip to Alaska.
