My mother-in-law (God bless her) is "known" for getting unusual gifts for people for Christmas. Two years ago, she gave this hose nozzle to my husband and me. Now a hose nozzle for Christmas may seem unusual by definition, but it's especially odd considering that we live in an area where we have 6 feet of snow on the ground from November until March! As we thanked her, she kept exclaiming how wonderful this nozzle was and how we'd love it. We took it home, chuckling, put it on a shelf in the garage, and then forgot about it. The next summer, after all the snow had melted and we finally hit the point of needing to water the yard again, my husband located the "Miracle Nozzle" and decided to give it a go. After watering the yard, he came into the house and asked me, "Do you remember where Mom said she'd gotten that thing?" I told him I didn't know and he said we needed to find out and get another. He said, "I think you're going to like watering with that thing." He was right! It puts out a lot of pressure, but not so much that it hurts to hold it. As a result you can "shoot" the water quite a ways, cutting down of the amount of walking around and having to drag the hose around. It's also pretty tough. Our neighors dog got a hold of it, but it wasn't any worse for the wear after we managed to retrieve it.
