I loveed this coffee maker when I first purchased it, but after only 3 months it just stopped working. The water in the tank would not run through the pot.
I called the 800 number, because it was under warranty, and it was no problem to return it. They even payed the shipping. I recieved a new one about 6 weeks later.
That one lasted about 4 months before it started doing the very same thing as the first.
Now, mind you, I followed all of the manufacturer suggestions in the booklet, I descaled it about every 4 weeks.
