The texture of this POLISH is very different. It doesn't really foam like paste does. It has a more gritty testure in order to polish.

When I use it, my teeth feel like I have just been to the dentist. The taste and substance of the polish, were issues I had to determine that I was going to be OK with.

I use this every other day and I use my regular tooth paste on alternate days.
