Most HelpfulI took this pill in the summer of 2007 (for 3 months) and I lost 50lbs. I would get severly nauseated if I took this pill without eating. To curb that I began taking the pill with a glass of milk. It curbed my appetite and I had extreme amounts of energy. But, if I took the pill too late into the day I would tend to be fully awake during the night. I found that 1 pill would last me the whole day. I also found that if you are constantly taking diet pills in general, then they are not going to work because your body becomes immune to them. If you are currently taking a diet...
read full review »Well, I just started taking this about a week ago, but thought I would give my two sense so far. A girlfriend of mine takes this and recommended it. I wasn't expecting a miracle pill to lose all kinds of weight. It is up to me to quit being lazy and start exercising! No wonder pill is going to do it for me!
I just wanted something that will make me feel a little fuller, so I'd quit eating sooner. I'm also a little bit of a snacker, so I wanted to not feel so hungry...seems to be working, i'll just have to wait and see.
Two downsides I've noticed so far...it gives me pretty bad cotton...
read full review »I've taken the tablet version of Mega-T for years. When I initially took it it really boosted my energy for workouts!! Sooo helpful. I also think it curbed my appetite some. The effect lessened as I grew more used to the caffeine but it was still helpful. I am very sensitive to caffeine and if I took one after noon I was guaranteed trouble getting to sleep so I had better plan on staying up very late or taking a sleeping pill! So mostly I take them first thing in the morning before my workout.

read full review »The supplements that manytimes cost a lot of money aren't any substitute for a good, well-balanced diet. Don't discount the fact that these have not even been tested, nevermind approved by the FDA - they haven't.
Shouldn't that be a concern to everyone?
There isn't any substitute for good, nutrition and it's not that I'm saying that tea isn't good for you, because it is. Supplements are not the same thing, however and if we want tea, green or another herbal type, I brew it by the cup or if we wish to have it iced, as it's summer, by the half gallon.
