This is a great product if you want to lose water weight. It also helps with your energy levels. It helped me feel better. I would recomend it for a quick inch weight loss. You urinate alot more. It's full of anti-oxcidents. You can take it forever without it affecting you heart. It will not mess up your metabolism at all. I hope this helps some of you.
