This is the best diet pill I've used. It really curbed my appetite, but in a healthy way. I didn't have the jitters, nor was I anxious or depressed like a lot of diet pills make you feel. It also didn't effect my sleeping habbits, I was able to fall a sleep with no problems. With diet and excersise it helped me drop around 10 pounds during the use of the pills, in which I only used one package. It is also easy to remember to take it because you take them before each meal. Plus, it isn't like a bright color where everyone in the room can tell you're taking a diet pill. It's discrete and comes off like any normal vitamin. I am actually getting ready to purchase and begin using again. Along the line of purchasing it is one of the cheepest diet pills out there. With the cost of most diet pills being around $60 to $80 dollars it is nice to find one that doesn't break my banck account. :)

I agree with you on this one I have been on Mega-T green tea dietary supplement for almost 6 days now and have lost 6lbs so far. It also curbs my appetite as well and I dont feel hungry like I have in the past, I use to snack all day on things and now I dont do that due to this wonderful diet pill that dont cost an arm and a leg, and the other great thing about this is I dont have to go see my Dr. and have that bill on top of a expensive diet pill he would of put me on
