Diet products scare me. How do we really know whats in these products. I have seen many people try out products like this because they see advertising and expect it to work like it says. I however have tried a few. Not this one in paticular. I have had rapid heart beat, the shakes, its a scary feeling. Not to mention when friends of mine stopped taking the pills they gain the weight back. To me id rather lose weight the hard way..good old fashioned exercise. At least ya dont count on pills and its free when ya do it in your own home. So althought i havent tried this paticular product i feel they are all the same and dont really trust any one of them.
