We've all heard a lot about the health benefits of green tea. It has anti-oxidant properties believed to help prevent cancer and other diseases and it's touted to increase endurance and metabolism. review »I have always enjoyed the green tea drink either hot or cold and also the green tea pills have been helpful to me as an appetite suppresant so I thought why not try the gum also as after lunch each day at work I had been using gum as cannot have privacy in the bathroom to brush teet as I would like and no storage room for toothbrush, toothpaste and pocket book is full enough.
