Tonka Joe is a timeless character for boys from age 2-8. My son loves these Tonka Joe books still, after receiving his first one at 2 years old.

In Meet Tonka Joe, you learn how Tonka Joe helps the town of Minnetonka with his heavy duty vehicles. Along with Tonka Joe, you are introduced to his niece and nephew, JJ and Stevie.

Tonka Joe books are very colorful and offer a new array of construction vehicles for your little boys and girls to fall in love with. There is the Pulverizer, the Flame Racer, the Blizzard Rig, the Fire Walker, and the Hazard Handler. Each page has about one paragraph, lots of colorful pictures and a great story. In the end, Joe even has time to stop and have a picnic with JJ and Stevie. Go Tonka Joe!
