Most HelpfulHere's the Skinny. Medifast. Do a google search, if you dont already know what it';s about. It's a low carb, low calorie, high protein diet. Basically, it consists of eating 6 small meals a day, 5 of which are provide by medifast. "Their" meals are perfectly balanced so that you dont need to supplement your body with vitamins or minerals, etc. They have shakes, soups, bars, oatmeal, pudding, stew, chili, etc. Something on the menu for all palates. read full review »I lost 80 pounds using medifast, and it saved my life! It was easy to follow and if you do follow the plan the weight comes off fast. I would recommend it to most, especially someone that is obese and would like to see results fast. I enjoyed the bars, shakes and some of the soups and puddings. At first the food did not taste good to me, but after a few weeks I adjusted to it and did enjoy my morning shake and evening pudding. If you do slip up and go off plan even for a day, expect the weight to come on fast and you will feel like crap!! It was very easy for me to follow at work! ...
