I just ordered this for my disabled brother. Customer service has not delivered as promised to date. I asked that I be included on emails, that the paperwork be sent to me etc. and they promised to do so as he is not able to deal with it. They are also not easily reachable. We'll see how the product performs, but orders and customer service are underwhelming so far.

After researching many phone different systems, I decided to go with Life Station. I did not want to have a dedicated landline installed due to the added upfront expenses and then a monthly charge for the landline. I use my cell phone as my house phone too. Life Station has a plan for people like me who only use a cell phone. The monthly charge is a bit higher for this type of plan but it ends up being cheaper for me in the long run because I don't have to pay the landline's monthly fee. Just remember my experience has taught me that if you enter your phone number online you will be inundated with telephone calls from the many many service providers trying to sell basically the same product. I did much research online and learned a lot. Better yet, there is no long term contract, free shipping and no installation charge. The cellular unit I chose was so easy to set up. One end of the wire goes into the unit and the other end of the wire plugs right into the wall. Simple as can be. I know that by purchasing this system I have saved my family the worry and concern that I would pass out and nobody would find me. Come to think of it, I have less worry about living alone also.

I would recommend this product to anyone. I've heard about services not being delivered on time, or charging cancellation fees, however this lived up to my expectations. I am 84 years old living alone wife who is also sick. She can't worry about me all the time. I've used the button when I fell in my yard and my family was at my side within minutes.
