The sales, purchase, delivery, and installation all went smoothly. Everything was as promised. Answers to our questions were available when we called and the information supplied was clear and correct. The company recommends the user test the system weekly to be sure that everything is working properly. Fortunately we have not had to use the system in an emergency situation as yet. But we are confident that it would work when needed. Overall we would purchase the system again and are very pleased with the peace of mind it brings.

During a fall, you may not always be able to get up and get to the phone or be aware enough of what you need to do. But with the necklace around her neck all she has to do is push the button which is great! I would definitely recommend this system.

We bought medical alert for our home because we have a child who has sever medical issues and in case we couldn't find the phone or our cell phones died we wanted to be able to get a hold of medical help in case of an emergency. Luckily for us we did. About two months after we got it my son ended up falling down the stairs and my cell phone had died. I am so glad I had this button to press to be able to get in touch with emergency services and have them here in a few minutes. He broke his back in three places and luckily I did not move him and got help right away because it could have been very bad for him. This also works for a fire and detects smoke and automatically calls emergency personnel for you and can be pressed easily in case of someone breaking into your home. My mother is getting frail and sometimes falls and can't get up (not as funny as the commercial). Since I have to work and can't be with her all the time I got her this in case of an emergency. A little while later she fell, and pressed the button to alert the service that she need assistance. The only problem was with the door closed they couldn't hear her. As the protocol says they contacted emergency services and gave them the code to the lock box on the front door. Then they went down the emergency contact list till the got me and told me she had activated the signal. I left work and went home. They contacted me one more time while I was driving to let me know they had arrived at the house. By the time I got home 20 minutes after initial contact the amubulence was just about to leave. She was okay, just pretty black and blue. It is a relief to know she had the help when she needed it otherwise she would have been laying on the floor for another 2 hours and I would still have had to call 911 to get her up.
