Over-priced bad packages and horrible customer service

Budget-Conscious, a techie, computer literate, somewhat tech savvy

    OnDemand content good when accessible

Cons
    mistakes in billing very common, Outages VERY common, Refuse refunds/credits, Refuse to admit when at fault, rude customer service operators, Horrible service, Doesn't listen to customers, Service not available for days

First I would NOT recommend this company to anyone outside the Quad City ILĀ area. Lived in QCA for 2 years with their cable and internet service and had nothing but good things to say about the service there. NOW I live in a new area and found their service available so AGAINST ALL MY NEIGHBORS(who have satellite do to their multiple problems with MEDIACOM) I subscribed because of the great service I recieved previously. Now Mediacom is HORRIBLE, they have tried to over charge me twice, the service goes out every other month or so, On demand works but have to mess with it to get it work and can't get Mediacom to figure out the problem, they have the RUDEST CUSTOMER SERVICE I have ever cam across. Never again, QUITTING SERVICE as soon as possible.
