Medela Pump In Style Advanced Shoulder Bag Review

Medela Pump in Style Advanced is an excellent breast pump for daily use for the working woman.  I am using mine with my third child currently and it is still holding up very well. (I breast fed each of my children for one year.)  It is a dual, electric breast pump that has adjustment knob for the amount of pressure to be used.  It comes with wall outlet adapter, 4 bottles, a carrier, and a freezer pack for carrying milk from work to home. It is convenient and comes in a black case that looks like an over the shoulder bag.  You can order an adapter to use a battery pack with it, but I don't think it works very well - using AA batteries means the battery life is poor and I can't use rechargeable batteries more than once before I have to charge them because the pump won't suck hard enough otherwise. The pump can work with various hands-free bras and bustiers to enable you to pump without using your hands, which is great for getting paperwork or computing while you pump.  I would highly recommend this breast pump to any woman who needs a good, long-lasting pump.  This pump is definitely over-kill for a stay at home mom who just wants to pump milk occasionally to be able to have some free time.
