The only drawback is the price. It's a good investment if you plan to have more than one child, or you're a working mom who has to pump a lot. Unfortunately, because of health concerns, you shouldn't pass this along to someone else; it's a one-user machine. But if you'll get a lot of use out of it, it's worth the cost.
