This is hands-down the best breast pump out there. However, with quality comes cost. It is one of the more expensive pumps, but if you use it as often as I did it pays for itself in convenience and ease of use. There is a "let down" feature that I love. I starts the pumping out slow, and once your milk is in it increases the pace and suction. It is so convenient, everything that you need for pumping is contained in the backpack, and the backpack is quite attractive. Right after my son was born I had a really hard time with him latching on. To prevent engourgement and continue to have an ample supply of milk, I pumped. I don't think I would have been able to continue breast feeding if I didn't have this pump.
