I can't say enough good things about the Medela double breast pump!  The motor is high-powered and adjustable and so is the suction!  This is great for mother's who are breastfeeding for the first time and may be more sensitive than other mother's.  The double pumping not only helps to empty both breasts faster but it also serves to increase your milk supply since your body senses you're feeding two bambinos at once!  I've used mine through 3 babies and it's still going strong!
