Background
I recently found myself in need of a new car. It was a no-brainer (after owning a Lexus for 10 years) that we would buy another one. Our Lexus was the most dependable car we have ever owned. In 10 years it was in the shop for 1 day. Wow!!

Good on new cars suck on pre owned

We have 2 cars that we purchased at Mcgrath.  I can't say I am really happy with them - the new car is ok and we have had regular service with them.  They take a little longer than usual but eventually get it done, although at a price.

 I also bought a certified pre owned MDX from them last year and...

We bought our Lexus RX 300 here many years ago and then traded it in for the Lexus RX 330 which I now drive.  Each and every time I have gone back to the dealership for service, they have been amazing.  They are fast.  They are efficient.  They drive me to my office at no cost and then reimburse the cost of a cab when I come back.

At the dealership they have a cafe with reading chairs, flat screens etc. And to top it all off, they give free car washes to their customers.

In full disclosure, one of the McGrath's became our neighboor recently, but otherwise we have no association with the dealership...

Liars, thieves, BS artists, especialy  Gypsy George the preowned manager. I bought preowned with 400 miles on it. Total lemon in and out of service 6 times since new because it did not start and would refuse to start and stay charged. Obviously a short somewhere , endless batteries and monitors later they refused to kill the deal and start from scratch. I can not trust the car at all. Mike McGrath won't return our calls we have to sue them. Stay away!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
