Ok, you know how it is. You're looking for a miracle product to do-it-yourself and save some money. Well, I saw this one after getting an $800 estimate to refinish a VERY small kitchen's worth of cabinets. I thought, for the price (and I don't consider $50 to be cheap), it's worth a shot. So, I cleaned the cabinets, noticing how there were so many scratches and worn off finish that I had probably just thrown away my money. My husband and son laughed at me as I told them what they said the product could do. I waited to do the work until nobody was there to see if it really was that bad. First swipe of the product.....WOW!! I started with the worst door. It was a walnut finish, but was almost tan at the worst part. Instantly (just, I might add, as the advertisement said), it was walnut again. So, 20 minutes later and 1 rag added to my "cost", I had an unbelievably new looking shiny walnut finish on 4 doors, both sides and 2 drawers. When my husband and son saw it they said, you called someone, right? Noteworthy: I used less that an ounce on this set of cabinets. I could do both bathrooms, plus the kitchen, and have half a bottle at least to save for the next house. Total project time is about the same as just cleaning the cabinets. I will never again say nothing works as well as they say.
