I love trying new dishes at fast food places in search of something good, and I really like the Mcdonalds McGriddle for a tasty breakfast that is not too bad for you.  What I love from this item is that the sandwich is made with pancake like buns that have a sweet maple flavor already baked in.  This is a nice alternative to bread or a hard roll.  The sandwich has a great sweet flavor that is the base for egg, cheese and bacon if you like.  This is a great treat to get you going in the morning.  The pancake buns are a little thick so they don't crumble and hold the filling.  It isn't too messy and makes a great meal for an early morning.
