This is the REAL Red Lobster

foodie, seafood lover, interested in cultural experiences, appreciative of good service, Frequent Diner, expecting good, fair service, eating out weekly, carnivore

I have found it difficult to find restaurants that offer real seafood. It seems everybody serves the requisite salmon, tilapia, and mahi mahi, but rarely can I find restaurants that venture beyond that.

Enter McCormick & Schmick's.

They have a very exentsive wine list, about 10 different types of fish (cod, halibut, walleye, catfish, salmon, mahi mahi, tuna, tilapia, sea bass) served different ways, and a variety of other seafood (such as calamari, shrimp, lobster). The house salad is to die for....leafy greens and arugula with walnuts, cheese, and balsamic vinaigrette. YUM!

Well what can I say this place has it all great food great people the staff is so knowledgeable close to fountain square I cant wait to see the winter months with the snow and lights in the area I love the Salmon dinner and a nice bottle of white wine dos it get any better?
