McCormick has created a line of seasoning packets for slow cookers.  The Slow Cookers Savory Pot Roast Seasoning, is just that, savory!  The packet comes with all the spices needed to create a great home cooked meal with little effort.

These preseasoned packets cut down on prep time allowing you to move on with your day.  You place your roast in the slow cooker, put in some veggies (carrots, onions, celery, potaos), mix the preseasoned packet with a cup of water, pour over the meat and veggies, set your slow cooker, and off you go.

An hour before it's done, I add a little red wine and then allow it to continue cooking.  It makes the gravy a little richer.

It's great being able to come home to a fully cooked homemade dinner.

McCormick has made these very simple seasonings for Pot Roast, Beef Stroganoff and Chili.
