We thought we would try McAllisters today after church, I am so glad we did! When we went up to order the workers where warm and friendly (not much people like that around these days). This is a great alternative to Panera Bread CO. which is also one of my favs! I got the choice of two (soup, salad, or sammy) The bread was nice and fresh, and great turkey too. My kiddo got the toasted cheese lunch (what i would call a grilled cheese) It came with chips, drink and teddy grahams all for under $3...whens the last time you got a kiddy meal(excluding the arches) for that cheap? What a nice refreshing change from the sub shops!  They have a wide variety of sandwiches that don't make you feel like you're eating at a fast food joint.

 It's clean and quiet, no clanging pots and pans and no shouting of food orders.  And did I mention no drive thru loud speakers inside the building?

I love the sweet tea here and the selection is great. Sandwiches, soups, salads and great baked potatoes with lots of yummy cheese.
