Mazzer Mini Dosered Coffee Grinder —
The Mazzer Mini is very expensive, but it will probably be the only coffee grinder you ever buy. It is solidly built, weighing in at 22 pounds. The Mini produces perfectly even grinds, even at the finest setting, which is an absolute requirement if you are looking to make coffeehouse quality expresso at home. Coupled with a good espresso machine and good beans, you can make espresso that's even better than the coffeehouse every time. The Mini is also among the quietest grinders you'll find. If not for the timer, it would be easy to leave the Mini on because it is so quiet. The Mini is easy to clean, but once you do clean the burrs, re-calibrating them is something of a chore. But that's my only complaint about an otherwise excellent machine.
