Most HelpfulI'm currently leasing a Mazda 3, and I very well might buy it off at the end of my lease. Never has a 4 door mini sedan been so much fun to drive! I bought it because we have so much success with my husband's RX-8 and upon the test drives no other car in its class could compare (accord, altima, corolla, camry were all test driven). This car offers the same luxury features, has great sound and 100% safe to drive -- while other cars were slipping back down the steep driveway to my office in the snow a couple of weeks ago, my Mazda 3's tires didn't even spin out. We've had to break hard on...
review »Mazda 3 Hatchback is a great little zippy car. The hatchback allows for extra storage space. Some may even say it's too much storage space for I often don't empty the trunk. You never know when you may opt for last minute camping under the stars - with or without tent and tarp - or a midnight swim with extra towels for all your buddies. I usually just forget it's all in there - bless the hatchback.
The only downfall with the Mazda 3 Hatchback is driving in any precipitation - especially a little snow. Tips to new buyers who live anywhere it may snow and anywhere with hills...sell the tires that...
review »The Mazda 3 (06 to 08 models are quasi-identical) is the best car in it's category, possibly the best single new car under 20K. I did extensive research before buying one in Dec 2007, and a year later I have had no disapointment. This car is very confortable and has all the gimmicks and the luxury feels found in pricier cars. Leather seats are great, Bose speaker unbelievable, moon roof really cool in summer. The car really has power with it's 2.3 l engine (a lot more than the Matrix, Fit, Corolla it is sometimes compared to). It can carry a lot of cargo with the hatchback (I carry my own...
review »I got a 2006 Mazda 3 back in October and have been very happy ever since. The most important thing to me was that it was very fuel efficient. I was also glad to hear my mechanic tell me that Mazda's are very durable and extremely reliable. These cars are extremely fast and are very attractive to look at. The price at the dealership was great and it came with a 4 year bumper to bumper warranty! I can honestly say that this was a great investment.
I have a 2006 Mazda 3 hatchback in silver. I've had it almost a year now. I really like it. I love how there are controls on the steering-wheel for the stereo. You have the option of driving automatic or manual. I would recommend this car. Overall, I think Mazda is a good brand.
