My husband bought this machine when my wringer washer died. I was thrilled, as it washed the clothes very well, and could be stuffed with a lot before it wouldn't do the job. Has been very dependable, like the Maytag commercial states, just didn't like the small cone shaped softner dispenser as it is difficult to clean. Had to use a small bottle brush with a wet napkin attached to it to clean out what lint seems to get trapped in it from adding the clothes. But other than that, seems to be a really quiet running machine, and I like the amount of water saving one can do with it. Has several standard levels, and inbetweens. Seems to clean even my handmade rugs well. Has good agitation in the blades. I expect to get many years out of this before it needs work.
