Maytag Top Load Washer Reviews

I spent a lot of time going back and forth about this washer.  I loved the features it offered and the "look" but had to get past the price- it was a lot of money for my family to spend on an appliance.  It was worth every penny.  I love this washer! The one down side is that when I was sheets they tend to throw the washer into an uneven load and I have to rearrange the sheets but even then it doesn't "walk" around in the laundry room.  My laundry comes out so much cleaner and drier than in any other washer I have used. … read full review »

Can washing clothes be fun?  It can certainly be more enjoyable with this Maytag washer!  In the past I've found that I couldn't wash too many clothes at a time because the washer would fill up too quickly, and the clothes weren't always completely spotless.  It's great to be able to keep up with the laundry without doing so many loads with this large capacity washer.  The clothes are thoroughly somersaulted through the water for a thorough cleaning.  It's many features, including timed release for detergent, bleach and fabric softener, and 11 different wash cycles… read full review »

I have a Maytag top loud washer and 4 kids. I use it everyday. I have had no problems with it. It's reliable, and very easy to use. I use the machine for about 5 or 6 loads a day and it stands up well to the abuse that I put it through. You don't really even need to pretreat stains. It has an agitator that works the clothes really good, so that basically does the job for you. No more scrubbing it with a toothbrush before you wash it. Our washing machine runs at least 2 loads a day, and after 4 years, my washer is running with no problems! Does what you would expect from a washer, cleans your clothes!!! Sheets do not cause unbalanced load often, so quiet I need a timer to tell me its done. So easy to use that my teenagers can use it. I purchased this washer and dryer set from a local home improvement store. I was very excited to have new laundry equipment. Overall, this washer works very well.
