Maytag Performance Series Front-Load Washer 3000 Review

Believe it or not, I actually won both the Maytag Performance Series Front-load washer and dryer in a contest.  The were delivered to me and I got them in the crimson red color, which look amazing! While I didn't have a choice to do my own research and decide on a machine myself, I couldn't be more pleased with these Maytag machines.  As front-loaders and Energy Star compliant, it helps to cut down our energy bill.  What I like best is how easy they are to operate.  The digital dashboard makes it simple to pick settings, and the machine will actually auto-set the settings for rinsing, load type, spin cycles based on the options you chose as you go along.  It always knows the best temperature and spin cycles and for whites and darks, delicates, so very little work for you to do.  I would recommend getting the risers that go under the machines as it gives it just enough extra height so you aren't bending over at all to get clothes in and out.  Because it requires the High Efficiency, very little soap is required.  Of the three types of performance series, this is the lowest, so I'm sure the other sets have more bells and whistles and options, but the 3000 is an excellent basic for a performance machine.
