I agree 100%. Maytag customer service service (make that the opposite of customer service!) could care less. My set is 4 years old and didn't have a problem til this year. At first I couldn't pinpoint the problem, then the smell became so awful you couldn't mistake it. bleach doesn't help,nor borax,not affresh which is the product Maytag sells to "clean" their washers. I have replaced 2 motherboards at a cost of $400 dollars each time. The next step is to have the "boots" replaced at the bottom of the door,acutally its not the next step for me,I will replace this truly terrible product and advertise to anyone out there that they should not purchase it.
