Maytag Neptune - Front Load Washer Model #MAH9700 Review

Ok I had always wanted a front loader washing machine. When my 4 year old Kenmore died I said well now I will get a new front loading washer and dryer ! I got rid of my old ones and in came my new Maytag! Boy was I thrilled. For 4 long years I dealt with a washer that had troubles from the start and I was so happy to get a new chance at washing HEAVEN.

Well I had my maytag washer and dryer 2 weeks. I went to load a pretty little fleece throw in and wash it. My washer did not work. It never went to spin cycle. It left my throw drenched. I had to have the repair man come out to fix my 2 week old washer. He said I used too much of the he detergent. Well guess what I did not I used exactly as much as the bottle told me.

So this has happened twice. I know that I will have more problems and am very unhappy with this purchase. My husband notified the manager at the store we purchased this washer at about the issue and told him that if it happens again he wants a brand new washer. Of course that is said , but if it stops working WILL they in fact give me a new machine? Probably not. So again I am in washer hell...

I really thought maytag would be the best choice. The salesman talked me out of the LG... boy I wish I had bought the LG!
