Pros

    fully turns the clothes, quiet, sturdy wash, large capacity, can wash a comforter, It lets you know when it is done, water efficient, front loader, Minimal water use

Once you have learned the controls the washing is done in a most efficient manner.  The water saving feature is my favorite.  My water bill is less and I feel like my clothes get cleaner because of the ability the washer has even tho it uses less water.  Some of the units come with a storage drawer in the bottom which helps to keep the soaps and fabric softeners orderly.  I love the fact that you can see your washing and know its not stuck in one corner like happens in top load systems. The clothes seem to have more room to move due to the front load and they get cleaner. Also its nice to be able to wash my favorite comforter without going to a dry cleaner and wondering if they really washed it.
