This microwave is terrible!!! We went with Maytag because we thought they were the best, as far as having to make any repair calls or to contend with the hassles. We purchased to go into a new house, just built. It is the over the range type built-in, with fan, and light.  You never knew when it would work.  Some of the time it would and some of the time it would not work.  VERY ANNOYING!!!  The service tech said to unplug it for several minutes and then plug it back in, which we did for a while.  And, this seemed to make it start working, only for a little while. Until it finally quit and would not do anything at all.  After several service technicians working on our microwave, they finally decided that it could not be repaired. Well, we thought we were safe because we had a warranty contract.  WRONG!!!! Because the microwave MMV5207BAB was a little over a year old, they did not want to replace it. Instead Maytag's service contract gave us 75% of the market value price as of that date. Which was extremely less than what we paid for our microwave, or what it would cost to replace with similar matching item. BEWARE OF MAYTAG, THEY ARE NOT MADE LIKE THEY USED TO BE MADE!!!!
