This refrigerator is one of the best purchases I have ever made.  I've gone through a lot of mid-level or cheap fridges in my life, and I wanted this refrigerator for over a year.  I love to cook and I have a very large family, so I dreamed about owning this refrigerator for a long time -  but couldn't come near affording it.

We had a flood in our kitchen due to a broken pipe, and needed to have the kitchen almost gutted.  We cut corners by doing some of the work ourselves and my husband gave me the money we saved so I could get this refrigerator.

I love the bottom freezer.  It is much easier to keep it organized compared to a top freezer.  Of course, having the fridge up higher is a huge plus - like I said, we have a big family and bending down to the bottom of a fridge is no fun when you are 9 months pregnant!  (the bottom freezer is easier to get into than the bottom of a fridge)

The glass shelves are easy to clean and many of them are adjustable.  The fridge is well lit and easy to organize.  The big drawer is so useful - it has a divider so you can use it as one big drawer or divide it up.

The water and ice dispenser is handy, and since the water is filtered I was able to get rid of our stand-alone water filter that we had used before.  The one complaint is that for a fridge this price, I should be able to get crushed ice!

We bought this from a local mom-and-pop appliance store instead of a big box store.  We were pleasantly surprised that they were willing to negotiate on the price and it ended up costing less.  We did pay for an extended warranty because we have a LOT of children and this fridge gets a lot of wear and tear.  We've had to replace the door to the milk compartment once and the door/cover of the big drawer twice, but this is over two years with 8 children (who are homeschooled and therefore home getting into the fridge all day) - a LOT of wear and tear so we felt this was a reasonable level of repairs.

BTW, I always suggest buying appliances from locally owned smaller shops that offer their own repair services.  The level of service is far superior compared to big box stores, since these smaller stores have more personal relationships with their customers and are trying to maintain their reputation locally.
