My Maytag gas range is terrific.

Magtag products are very dependable., gas ranges are much more economical

The color white show too much grease.

Maytag Gas Range —

The Maytag products, in general, are high quality and dependable. My gas range is an excellent product and is economical to use. This particular range has an added feature of a booster pilot. This features brings water and other liquids to the boiling point amazingly fast. The only downside to this booster is that it is best not to leave it on high unless you are nearby. The range ck es equipped with a very efficient self cleaning oven, a timer and an oven light.

In addition, Maytag provides the buyer with for covers for each pilot to keep the original tops clean. This range is extremely easy to keep clean, even though the color white shows all spots.

I hesitate to buy anything Maytag...I purchased a Magic Chef (made by Maytag) flat cooktop electric range about 13 years ago for $700. It had a design defect that could not be overcome. Instead of offering to replace the unit that they could not fix, they paid for the part (once) only and I had to pay the labor charge (which was more expensive than the part). About every 1 year and 10 months, the part would fail again - costing about $150 a pop to fix...they offered to sell me a comparable stove for over $400 or give me a check for $250 wthe susrrender of the stove, for a stove that I had spend over $300 in repairs for the defect they knew they couldn't remedy. Very poor customer service...
