Needed to replace the washer that stopped working in 1 day. Checked on line, made some calls & was excited to find out that 1 store not only had it available but as an open box item. This meant extra savings. I couldn't get to the store fast enough. Once at the store I spoke to the salesman as if I was not the person oin the phone, so many washers & there features were explained to me. Then I was directed to this washer, hear what the salesperson had to say and decided that I made the right choice. Was absolutely thrilled with the price. Am satisfied with the performance, low noise level and simple using panel. I love that it self controls the water level. The only thing we had a problem with was leveling the machine, but after three different tries it the best machine for the price.
